PM appoints known Afghan Pakistan analyst and expert, Rahim Ullah Yousafzai, His advisor Irfan Siddiqui, Former Ambassador to Afghanistan Rustam Shah Mohmand and Major (retired) Mohammad Amir, to work towards negotiating with the Taliban. PM also ensured that the bloodshed and game of hide and seek between guns and bombs should come to an end. He has confirmed that this war against terrorism needs to be won by Pakistan, either by peaceful negotiations or by military operations. Finally Pakistani government realises that Al-Qaeda, Afghan taliban and Pakistan taliban are the same entity and the focus of negotiations needs to start from the main leadership in Al-Qaeda. Q1: Is the Army also in line with the statement of the PM? Q2: Is any of the above mentioned members equipped enough to have reach out ability to the Talibans, not to forget Good or Bad talibans? Q3: Pakistan has recently released Mullah Dadullah, a senior Taliban commander. Is this also part of the effort towards peace negotiations?
