PNP CAMP DAGOHOY (PIB) IN ACTION ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG OPERATION Gud pm sir. Fyi initial sms rport rcvd that elmts of PIB-SOG/PAIDSOTG, Bohol PPO led by PSI JS MANANQUIL under the direct supervision of PCI AA FUTALAN conducted Buy Bust Opn in coordination w/ PDEA-Bohol under Control# 1214-00132 resulting to the arrest of one LINO CUBRADO y AMPIT OOA 7:08 a.m. of 17 Dec 2014 at Purok 3, Brgy. Lumbay, Pilar, Bohol. However, during arrest suspect Lino A. Cubrado resisted and drew a pistol from his waist and was about to shoot the operating PNP elmts prompting them to shoot the lower limbs of the suspect hitting at the right foreleg in order to neutralize the suspect. Right after the buy bust at abt 7:15 a.m. of same date Search Warrant # 2014-17 and SW# 2014-18 for Viol of Sec. 11 & 12, Art. II of RA9165 and SW# 2014-19 for Viol of RA10591 all issued by Hon. Leo M. Lison, RTC Br 3 of Bohol were subsequently implemented by the team to same subject Lino A. Cubrado with PDEA Contrl# 1214-00133. Confiscated were six (6) small plastic packs containing white crystalline subs believed to be shabu; one (1) cal .45 pistol w/ four (4) live ammos baearing SN486315; one (1) extra magazine containing four (4) live ammos, five (5) pcs. cal 5.56 live ammos; twelve (12) pcs. empty shells of cal 45 ammos; twenty (20) pcs empty shells of cal 9mm ammos; & one (1) pc bullet slug. Estimated weight of seized shabu is MOL 0.12 gm w/ estimated DDB value of Php 1,416. The wounded suspect was brought to MHO of Pilar, Bohol for exam/treatment. After medication, suspect was brought to PIB/PAIDSOTG office for proper dispo. Progress report to follow. Ty sir.
