POEM OF THE DAY : BY RAY LAVIN THE CHILD WITHIN Is there a child, locked away, in your mind ? When you have to work, do you want to play ? When you are mean, do you want to be kind ? When you are sad, do you want to be gay ? Is it wrong to follow these thoughts inside ? Is this child temptation too much for you ? Is your experience to be your guide ? How do you know, what you have learned is true ? So if you have these thoughts in the future, Perhaps there is much you still have to learn, Are you following instincts or culture ?
