POETRY & READER-III In this context on the text of poetry what would be the poems of future, again we must come back to the point as the rhetoric is gradually disappearing from the school of poetic creations. Most of great poetry that have come to curriculum are not just poems based upon some poetic tricks of words and feelings but bear great values to mankind . Wordsworth condemned such tricks of writing; he says poetry should be away from malicious intentions. Poems are not meant for praises which are showered upon. Poetry is also the contribution for mankind for the culture of values. It is not merely to intricate the poems with language. The simpler the poem built upon ideas that constitute the soul of mankind, that sings of the past and present and echoes the future. It should not be based upon read and forget. The ideal spirit of poetry is to be maintained not to be based upon the intuitive mind as it is largely seen today. As the Vedic mantras are from the soul. Every word is a mantra of the poet. It must comes from soul, once it comes from soul, it will come with the greater force of originality, that is simple but thoughtful without much intricacies .most of the poems used as text in educational curriculum are not based upon such complicated twisting of language. The simple subject matter bears great ideas. Even words worth in those days said that subject matter in poetry is very important to provide a visual image. How far a poem is real only a sensitivity reader can speak. Since then a poem is written meditatively, a reader can’t perceive it so quickly. It is an indication that if poetry is to be kept alive we have to create the great literature of the past as it happened during Renaissance to usher a great era in Britain. I have experimented that only few deeply go through the poems, once they go through meditatively for an hour so for one poem written meditatively they can only perceive its value, it immediately finds place in world in some places where poetry is exhibited for the world to see and mostly in curriculum. But if these things are not maintained should we stop writing poetry. We must write poetry as words worth has told EVERY MAN IS A POET, it has its healing effects, it is in some way cathartic, it relieves us from our stressful life. When we do something we must think about its durability, its immortality, its value for the world. As words worth again told that poetry is the breath and finer spirit of life, it purposes is to teach and delight. Its popularity depends on its literary, academic, and philosophic value and it is known to the world. Geniuses are not born from the womb of the mother, this soil of earth creates them when they see it as a place wonder and they are a guest to it for a little span of life. The future poets of the world must develop such a spiritual vision in them which will mould them into great poets. They must strip off ego, if they are educated they must read as much they can, we can’t read the poems created in the world in different countries, it would take a million year for us .Good reading can only teach us as what we are, we will know our limitations and what we should be for the greatness of the world. It is apprehended that the poetry of future will be unlike the past, it will move to the common minds, in whatever language the way the poet imitates and likes, so that it would be more accessible to all kinds of people beyond physical boundary, race, and culture for the fundamental unity of the world. The more will be poetry in the world the better will be enrichment of ideas for mankind. Light verse will float around. The numbers of readers and poets have been increased, it is no more patronised in the hands of few. It is a good symptom.
