POISONING: Due to the rampant poison scares and threats, we thought this post would be helpful. If you suspect that your drink, or food is laced with poison, then take the following steps. 1. Call a police investigator to the scene of purported crime. If this is not possible, then take a sample of the food or drink to the nearest police station and record a statement. 2. The police will then forward the samples to the Chief Government Chemist in Wandegeya for testing. 3. The report by the Government Chemist will then be admissible as evidence in court. Do not rush to take the samples straight since the findings might not be admissible in court.
