POLICE BLOTTER - December 19, 2014 Assault weapon in the 1700 Merrill Creek Pkwy Officers respond to the report an assault involving a weapon and learn that a male suspect was confronted when he tried taking a car seat from in front of the victim’s apartment. The male pulled a pistol and threatened to shoot several people before leaving in a mini-van. During the investigation, witnesses identify the male from a photomontage. The case is ongoing.
