POLICE BRUTALITY AGAIN!!!! ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Yet another two just became the victim of police brutality, One death, the other fighting for his life at Gerehu clinic. The incident happened at Hanubada buai market. The police again in their pursue to uphold the betel nut ban policy by NCD, two man falled victim at the hands of police. The vendors were chased and were fired at. The grieving relatives and bystanders told the ugly story how the two man were shot.. They chased and when two rain away, they fired at, them resulted in one instant death and other in critical condition. Despite todays, newspaper headline on police gun controll, yet it happened again. Where is command, control and discipline?. Much as been said about the very issue affer similar incidences in lae and near past but our so called disciplined forces still lacks professional ethics, conduct, and training. May be trained but is diluted in their lust for fame, materialism and pride. We do have most who are infact proffessionals but where are these other rogue officers comming from. The very few who continue to robb the public under the pretext of executing rules and laws. How can you call yourself a human being after having done injustice to another human being who also has loved ones like the very ones you have are grieving their lost at your hands. Its totally unfair and will never be justified. I feel there is break down in command n control in police force, where noone wants to listen to no one..One innocent life is lost again and other in critical condition, and we continue live in fear while government and authorities continue to take a casual stand...very sad for us pngean..this will continue and will continue to loose loved ones, unless the public address this aggressively for the government interven and do something about it..
