BURGLARY – 10/26/14 – Police are investigating a forced-entry residential burglary that took place on the 200 block of Green Street during the daytime hours of 10/26/14. Taken were silverware and jewelry. UNDERAGE DRINKING – 10/25/14 – James Nicolaisen, 18, Metuchen, NJ, was cited for UD after police observed Nicolaisen’s demeanor to be suspicious while investigating another incident. DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 10/25/14 – Samuel Baldasari, 21, Perkasie, was cited for DC when police observed subject urinating in a parking lot on Main Street. UNDERAGE DRINKING – 10/24/14 – Phillip Henry, Jr., 19, Ambler, was cited for UD and Possessing Open Container in Public after police observed Henry in the area of 10 N. Main Street. RETAIL THEFT – 10/22/14 – Richard Heller, 31, Bloomsburg, was cited for Retail Theft after police responded to CVS for theft in progress.
