POLICE WITNESSED HER INJURY AND THE SAN MATEO DAS STILL PROSECUTED! Here is a gal / injured worker who worked in a police department, had police offifcers who witnessed her injury on the job, she was still prosecuted, had to take a loan out on her home to defend herself, she cant pay it back, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and is being sued by the insurance carrier for their expenses. She now, cannot get a job because she is a convicted felon! THIS IS A MUST WATCH!! If your witnesses are police officers and you are still prosecuted, it is proof of how corrupt the workers comp system is!
