POLICEMAN with plate no. Juliet Papa 7760, we were almost accidentally hit, and comes to us stop us from our motorcycle telling me and my friend that he is a policeman asking for our drivers license and documents and fined as damages with scratch marks on his motorcycle...,, my friend got only few cash on his wallet and the Policeman says its enough..., are we supposed to be legally fined immediately? and with no receipts made...,, can some one in the law and authorities could answer my question? ---- in doubt ( :( )
