POLITICAL CV OF PHILIP OKUNDI. 1997- Hon Philip O Okundi sponsors his wife Philgona(RIP MIN OTIENO) who vies against Hon Dr Shem Ochuodho. Philgona fails not because she is not popular but because Rangwe never wanted Okundi. 2002-Okundi wins Rangwe seat as a protest vote against the Rebel Dr Ochuodho. 2007-Okundi retires from politics after sensing that he is beaten in the nominations by a new comer Martin Ogindo.He heads NEB the worst ever in the history of ODM. 2013-Vies for HB gubernatorial seat. He loses to Cyprian Otieno Awiti - Jamawego,abducts the Officer, takes him to Rongo and declares himself and his line up the winners. What happens next is unprintable and we say the rest is history. 2014/2015- seeks ODM ticket for HB senatorial seat. He is rejected the defects to Maendeleo Party. The verdict is that he will fail again. His reason for vying for the seat is to teach Awiti, Gladys Wanga and RAO a lesson. 2017-Plans to vie again for the gubernatorial seat again and may be after failing again as usual you never know he might consider being Kochia Ward MCA.
