POLITICAL OPINION BEWARE THE FIRESTARTER CALLED NAPOLES The Justice Secretary claims to have a list. Ping Lacson says he also has a list. Even Sandra Cam says she has a list. Whats with all these lists? Why speak to the DOJ Secretary under a veil of confidentiality, without even disclosing to the latter that she had apparently given a PARTIAL (insert triple exclamation points here) list to another person a month before? And how could this supposedly secret list come into the hands of a civilian (never mind if she is the head of the association of whistle-blowers, meaning, the ONE ORGANIZATION THAT IS THE ENEMY OF JANET NAPOLES) unless she engineered the leak? Why give a partial list in the first place? Tipong ito muna ang involved, tingnan ko kung may matandaan pa ako next month?? Coming from a discredited individual who could never sell her story to MMK because wala ako maalala, how could we even trust the contents of any of these lists until the Commission on Audit validates the truthfulness thereof? Janet Napoles will be charged as an accused before the Sandiganbayan before the State of the Nation Address in July -- that much is 100% certain. She will be dragged from her Fort Sto. Domingo billet or her OsMak suite and made by her lawyer to plead Not Guilty to the crime of Plunder. She is (or claims to be) ill, and will soon be fighting for her remaining years on earth. Desperate times call for desperate measures. These lists are her gambit. She hopes that she could iron out a deal with the government to sanitize a.k.a. exclude PNoys friends therefrom in exchange for her liberty. She hopes that she could create enough confusion within the PNoy government or amongst the Filipino people in order to delay and drag the case against her until a friendly (?) administration comes along. She hopes that there would be another political upheaval similar to what Chavit did during Eraps time so that she would be hailed as a hero and be set free by a grateful (pwe!) nation. (N.B. Fast forward to 2014. Chavit is criminally charged before the Sandiganbayan for misuse of govt funds, and was issued a Hold Departure Order. Erap just came from HK after successfully having political sanctions lifted) Let us not be distracted by her antics. It is obvious that Napoless goal is to create discord and damage the institutions of government. Let us strongly push for her swift prosecution and conviction so that others will learn the lesson that CRIME DOES NOT PAY.
