POLITICS IS LIKE A GAME OF CARDS, ITS ALL ABOUT THE ALTITUDE AND THE CARDS BEING SUBMITTED. One mans plan is arrowed at sitting on the throne of power in my country; I think it is Bola Tinubu. I know he is playing a game, Buhari knows too and I can assume Buhari is quiet for a reason as long as he is the presidential candidate for the party. But my elders always say no bad plan can yeild good result and only straight footsteps has a defined destination. Tinubu thinks he has 2 good options, one is; if Buhari fails to win, buharis die-hard fans would keep making the country ungovernable or make voters regrets their votes which will put more pressure on the existing govt and make its citizens bitter at its leaders. WHY? U may ask, well maybe he was scared that if an old national champ like Buhari who still have aspirations is not on his side, then he is probably not on the better platform to achieve his selfish ambition (as he regret his support for Gej in 2011 whose present govt he has gained an accumulated sum of #0.00k only), or is fashola not credible and vibrant enough? Secondly, if Buhari wins, no matter how stiff buharis govt is; he still have an insider in the person of osibajo as the vp in order to perpetuate his dubious acts or eventually osibajo might have a transition effect like Gej. Reasons? One may ask, is Rotimi or oshiomole not good enough as running mates? Cant buhari control northern votes, he take on west and rotimi east, wont that give them a better chance? Or he just want someone loyal or his pikin so that he can have shares by human-equity. I guess his take-off plan worked out well, hopefully he is a good builder. All I can say is, a northerner can merry with but he is not smiling at you. Lets watch and see how this unfolds in Tinubus agenda.
