POOR JOB ATTENDANCE COULD GET YOU FIRED: If you are gainfully employed, have serious attendance issues, yet you are still demonstrating sluggishness in arriving on time to work, understand that its not a matter of if, but rather a matter of when you will be given the dreaded pink slip. Make no mistake, while God often rewards for faithfulness, He also deems it neccessary to occasionally allow wilderness encounters to transpire in your life just so you can see how uncommitted you are with that by which He has blessed you. Regardless of how much you like or dislike your respective workplace, your job is a blessing orchestrated by God, Who essentially hired you in the first place. That means, among other things, your gratitude to Him ought to be doing the simple things such as arriving on time to work. Being prompt gives ways to better productivity and, above all, translates into stability in the workplace. So humble yourself before God does. Because if God has to do the humbling, the possibility exists it could cost you your job! (James 4:10)
