LEMON JUICE 1 TBSP. SALT HEAT OIL IN A SKILLET. ADD PORK AND ONIONS, AND COOK TILL BROWNED. ADD MUSHROOMS AND SAUTE FOR 5 MINUTES. REMOVE PORK AND VEGGIES AND PLACE ASIDE. RETURN PAN TO HEAT AND ADD BUTTER AND STIR TILL MELTED. ADD FLOUR, STIR CONSTANTLY TILL PASTE FORMS. SLOWLY ADD MILK AND STIR TILL GRAVY THICKENS. STIR IN TOMATO SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR, LEMON JUICE AND SALT. RETURN PORK MIXTURE TO PAN, STIR AND SIMMER TILL MEAT IS TENDER. SERVE OVER NOODLES OR RICE.
