PORTION SIZE- we are not in America guys and gals ;P ONE portion: Fruit= 80g (tennis ball) Vegetables=80g (the amount you can hold in the palm of your hand. Potatoes and grains (Bread, pasta, cereal etc.)=clenched fist Calcium rich foods=200ml milk, 40g cheese, 150ml yoghurt Protein foods= 1 breast of poultry, 1 fillet of fish, 2 eggs, 150g lentils/beans, lean meat 3 slices. Healthy fats and oils= 1 tablespoon of nuts, seeds, avocado, oily fish. Sugary foods= depend on calorie expenditure.
