POSITIVE DEFIANCE. the tempo is rising higher and higher as the presidential candidate aspirants of the great NPP move across the constituencies to solicite the support of the degates in the upcoming pre-primaries and the super primaries. In my humble opinion, all the seven persons ar NOT equally qualified, but as democracy dictates, its open to all, per the dictates of the constitution of the party. I can confidently put my finger on only two of the aspirants as serious persons-Hon. Dr. Kofi Konadu Apraku and Hon. Nana addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo. Dr Apraku is a loyalist, a hard working man and both politically and intellectually matured. I miss his days as a minister and a member of Paliament for Offinso. After loosing to Nana Addo in the last presidential primaries, he gave a lot of support to the 2012 campaign. He never showed any displeasure to the party. During the supreme court hearing of the election petition, he was very solidly vicible. But i very much think dat with the current scheme of affairs, Nana Addo is miles away ahead of Dr, a person i so much admire.. I said it ever before that, i agree with H.E.K4s assertion dat Nana Addo is the most experienced politician still active in Ghana. This is undeniable, even the opposers know it. What Ghana needs now is an incorruptible, decisive, experienced and an internationally recognised person. A greater cause of our woes as a country today today is massive corruption. Put togethe the values of the dubious judgement debts that the mills-mahama government has paid, and one will realise that its several millions of dollars. Come to look at the rot in SUBA, GYEEDA, SADA etc. And would just conclude that corruption is wat has brought our economy to its knees. Nana Addo has never been sighted or fingered of corruption for the over tree decades that he has been in frontline politics and campaign for constitutionalism. Same can not be said of H.E. JDM. His own boss H.E. JEA MILLS fingered him of corruption in the procurement of the millitary aircrafts. This aside, JDM can not exhonerate himself of the rot that went on in SADA and GYEEDA. Sada operated within his office and many of the GYEEDA contracts were signed under his suppervision. Nana Addo once declared Woyome can not happen under my presidency. This is a visionary man badly needed by Ghana at this difficult time. Am not surprised that Nana -Bawumia are receiving massive endorsment by MPs, National, regional and constituency executives against the dictates of the guidelines. One should understand that the reaction is spontanous and reflexive in nature. No amount of laws can stop it. This is positive defiance. Any person who stands against it will be crushed. We are all suffering and we need a RESTORATION PROCESS. Nana holds the key. Lets eschew political doogmatism and make the best choice for our own good. LET IT BE RECORDED THAT TEACHER TAHIRU SAID IT.
