POST 25/20 : DATA CAPTURER: EPWP REPORTING 4 POSTS REF NO: AP27/2013 SALARY :R 138 345 per annum (total package of R211 779 per annum, conditions) CENTRE :Pretoria X 2 and Cape Town X 2 REQUIREMENTS :A Grade 12 Certificate plus an extensive relevant experience in managing and capturing EPWP data. A relevant three year qualification will serve as an added advantage. The applicant should possess knowledge of EPWP reporting requirements and systems employed backed up by practical experience in capturing data in those reporting systems. The jobholder should possess the ability to work under pressure and, often, work irregular hours and meet deadlines. Must be good in excel spreadsheets backed by sound numerical and analytical knowledge. A valid code B driver’s license and willingness to travel will be added advantages. DUTIES :Provide exception reports on data received and captured. Develop lists of EPWP reports expected. Reconcile reports received vs expected and advise manager on outstanding reports. Capture all allocated EPWP reports from programmes. Assist with the preparation of inputs to meet Branch’s reporting mandate. Conduct data quality assurance. ENQUIRIES :Ms P.
