POSTCARDS FOR KELLY I am a member of the Friendship Knot Club and I received this in my e-mail today. It is not a request for friendship knots, its a request for postcards to cheer a Girl Scouts. One of our Girl Scout Gold Award recipients and a Girl Scout since Kindergarten was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. Kelly, who is a 20 year old college student from Girl Scouts Louisiana East, is currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. Girl Scouts of Silver Stage in Idaho has started a postcard campaign for Kelly. Girl Scout troops and service units are encouraged to send Kelly O. a postcard c/o Girl Scouts Louisiana East, 545 Colonial Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70806, now through March 2014. Lets see how many postcards we can send! Share this with every Girl Scout you know. My hope is Kelly will get so many she will feel the love from across the country and around the world!
