ISIS (A contrived U.S. Fabrication) was not attacking Canada till Harper sent troops and planes to attack them. So yes I do blame Harper. He could have minded his own business and done something novel like build Canada and train Canadians, but he just had to send Canadians to Iraq which is a place that owes its current state of chaos to American lies. Harper and Canada have now joined the lie. He should stay home and build houses for the thousands of homeless people instead of squandering our resources to fight the U.S. fabricated ISIS. As Canada is for the entitled land holding class and there are not enough houses. I am glad you think it is great but there are thousands who may not agree with you.As for better Countries yes I have think of at least 10... The top countries on the UN Human Development Rankings for 2013 Norway Australia United States Netherlands Germany New Zealand Ireland Sweden Switzerland Japan Canada Under Harper Canada is loosing ground and he is committed us to and endless cascade of reciprocal violence. I cannot see how this can in any way be good.
