POSTING FOR A FRIEND: Turlock High School Dean Robert Boice gave a student detention and threatened suspension for wearing a ball cap with the American flag. Supposedly against the dress code while others display other countries flags! The student is a friends son. Wth people! Why is this acceptable? Or is it acceptable?
