POTOMAC NATIONALS ANNOUNCE F.H. FURR AS NEW STADIUM FOUNDING PARTNER The Potomac Nationals announced today that the club has signed a new stadium founding partnership with F.H. Furr, a leading plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical service company headquartered in Manassas, Virginia. The long-term joint venture inks F.H. Furr as the Potomac Nationals’ official and exclusive plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical service provider at the team’s future stadium home to be located at Potomac Town Center at Stonebridge in Woodbridge, Virginia. F.H. Furr will serve as the naming rights sponsor of fan entranceways including the Home Plate Gate and Center Field Main Entrance. Financial terms of F.H. Furr’s multi-year founding partnership commitment to the Potomac Nationals’ new stadium in addition to the length of the agreement will not be disclosed. F.H Furr’s founding partnership of the P-Nats’ state-of-the-art new home represents a landmark step towards construction of what will be one of the crown jewel stadiums in all of Minor League Baseball. “The Potomac Nationals cannot be more proud of the relationship that has developed over the years with F.H. Furr and we are extremely excited that they will be a founding partner, and driving force towards bringing our new stadium home to Prince William County,” says P-Nats Vice President and General Manager, Josh Olerud. F.H. Furr, a family-owned and operated company that has been serving as the “Home Comfort Experts” for more than 30 years, is renowned as the preferred plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical contractor in the greater Northern Virginia/Maryland region. F.H. Furr is A-rated by the Better Business Bureau and has consistently been voted “Best of Prince William County” for HVAC. The P-Nats’ 2011 season marked the first year of the partnership between the club and F.H. Furr. Currently, at Pfitzner Stadium, F.H. Furr brands the Potomac Nationals Ticket Office and the P-Nats’ ballpark café. In executing a founding partnership agreement with the Potomac Nationals, F.H. Furr will receive a multitude of versatile, dominant-identity marketing elements to trademark their association with the team. As a corporate pillar of the Potomac Nationals’ new ballpark, F.H. Furr will be privy to prominent brand exposure through the conduit of P-Nats Baseball marketing assets including but not limited to: designation of an official marketing tagline and naming rights to “F.H. Furr Gates,” exterior stadium signage on a founding partner placard and a digital marquee facing Interstate-95, interior stadium signage in ballpark restrooms and dedicated founding partnership wall, a video board commercial, advanced advertising in the form of co-branded media campaigns and co-promotions, print advertising such as logo inclusion on the cover of all souvenir programs, promotional tabling opportunities, official Potomac Nationals website prime logo/link banner, and hospitality underscored by full season private suite usage, VIP parking passes, one group outing night, and the opportunity to host one private event per year in the stadium’s Club Lounge. Potomac Nationals Chairman and CEO, Art Silber said: “The Potomac Nationals are truly fortunate to have a high quality partner like F.H. Furr joining us as we create the finest sports facility in the area. F.H. Furr’s commitment to the area over the last 30 years mirrors ours, and together we will continue to deliver the greatest level of fan experience possible for many years to come as we move towards completing the dream of a new ballpark for our hundreds of thousands of fans, our invaluable corporate sponsors, and the future stars of the Washington Nationals.” In 2015, the Potomac Baseball franchise enters its 38th season as a hallmark of family friendly, affordable entertainment in Northern Virginia in the aftermath of winning a 2014 Mills Cup Championship.
