POWER NOT HIS (JESUS) OWN Jesus, as a prophet and messenger, pleaded to GOD to grant him power of miracles to raise Lazarus who was dead for four days, so that mankind will believe that GOD Almighty sent him (Jesus ) as a messenger (enjoy the truth). "Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid and jesus lifted up his eyes and said GOD in heaven I thank thee that thou hast heard me and I know that thou hearest me always, but because of the people who are standing by I said it that they may believe that thou hast sent me. And when he, Jesus, had spoken ( prayed ) he cried with a loud voice-Lazarus come forth". John 11:41-43. Jesus (PBUH) also pointed out that he has no authority to do anything unless he is authorized and empowered by GOD Almighty (enjoy the truth). " I can of my own self do nothing as I hear from GOD I judge and my judgement is just because I seek not my own will but the will GOD Almighty who has sent me (As a messenger)". (John 5:30).
