PPA announces 2nd and 3rd list of poll candidates ITANAGAR, March 13: Peoples Party of Arunachal president Nikh Kamin declared third phase of list of candidates for upcoming state Assembly election. The declared candidates are: Tsering Sonam for 5- Kalaktang Assembly and Jabring Venia for 9-Chayangtajo Assembly. Remaining candidates name will be announced in phase wise manners. However, Nikh Kamin further informed that the candidature of Kenyyir Ringu for Nari-Koyu Assembly Constituency have been held on. Yesterday, Kamin had declared second phase of list of candidates which include Tsering Naksang for 33 – Mechuka, Kahfa Bengia for 21 – Koloriang, Kaling Jerang for 35 – Panging, Thomas Borang for 40 - Maryang Geku and Togo Basar for 29 – Basar Assembly Constituency.
