PPP for Tuesday, July 22: REPORTING THE BOSS TO HR: Ive worked for a company for 5 months now and something is going on with my manager. When I first started working the job, she was so nice and helpful and now she is micro-managing, mean at times but she becomes nice when she needs something. Its like Im working for Jekyll and Hyde at times. I need this job; but, I also need a change and I dont know what to do. My husband says I should report her to HR and let the chips fall where they may. I dont know if I should take a chance. Powerlistners: Should she take a chance and report her boss to HR?
