PRACTICE OFFICIALLY BEGINS THIS TUESDAY FOR ALL TEAMS! The Poquoson Sharks mini-camp will kick off the fall season on August 6, 7 & 8th from 5:15 pm - 8:15 pm at South Lawson Park in Poquoson. Teams are assigned either a 5:15 pm or 6:45 pm time slot. Every night each session will begin on Field 1 for opening comments and warmup and then players will train with their team for the remainder of the session. Please see the list below for the time that your team will attend camp. There is no additional cost to the Sharks players for this camp. August 6, 7 & 8 (Note: All teams meet at Field One) 5:15pm 6:45pm Field 1 - U17 & U 18 Boys Black Field 1 - U16 Boys Field 4 - Both U15G teams & U17 G Field 4 - U16 & 18 Boys Blue Field 5 - U10 & U11 Boys Field 5 - U13 & U14 Boys Field 2 - U12 Girls PLEASE REMEMBER TO SEND WATER AND BUG SPRAY! Directions to South Lawson Park in Poquoson - Take Victory Blvd into Poquoson. At the light, Victory Blvd becomes Little Florida Road. Little Florida becomes Poquoson Avenue in 1.6 miles. Continue past the Middle School on Poquoson Avenue for 1.5 miles until you see a sign on your right for South Lawson Road. Take a right on to South Lawson. You will see a sign for South Lawson Park. Follow through residential neighborhood and sharp turn to the right into park. All parking must be in the gravel parking lot. If you are using a GPS: 40 South Lawson Road, Poquoson. The team practice schedule will begin the week of the 12th for all teams. Teams will practice twice a week for an hour and a half session. All training sessions will be held at South Lawson in August. Teams will move to different locations for the remainder of the fall to include Poquoson, York County and Riverdale Pool in Hampton. Teams will receive practice days and times for the remainder of the month this week.
