PRAY FOR OUR LAND TODAY First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. 1 Timothy 2:1-2 Pray for our land today! Intercede for our leaders. Pray that men and women will turn from their wickedness and bow in godly repentance. Plead for Gods mercy. From JUST A MOMENT WITH YOU, GOD by Kay Arthur Most of us feel we are good people. We dont go out of our way to hurt others. We dont rob banks or cheat on our taxes. But we dont go our of our way to make a difference in the lives of people we dont know. We dont spend time getting to know the needs of strangers. A little white lie now and then, whats so bad about that. I know lots of people that are bigger sinners than I am. So maybe we need to repent a little. The trouble is if we start repenting we will just find more things in our lives to repent of and then we wont feel so good about how good we are. Right? It is a start.
