PRAYER FOR THE DAY: Dear heavenly Father We thank You for this day. We thank You for us being able to wake up once again, to see and hear this morning. We are blessed because You are a forgiving God and an understanding God. You have done so much for us and You continue to bless us. Please forgive us every day for anything we have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to You, and I ask now for Your forgiveness. Please keep us safe from all danger and harm. Help us to start this day with a good attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let us make the best of each and everyday to clear our minds so that we can hear from You. Please broaden our minds that we can accept all things. Let us not whine and whimper over things we have no control over. Let us continue to see sin through Your eyes and acknowledge it as evil. And when we sin, let us repent, and confess with our mouths our wrongdoing, and receive Your forgiveness. And when the world closes in our us, let us remember the example of Jesus - to slop away and find a quiet place to pray. It is the best response when we are pushed beyond our limits. Continue to use us to do Your will. Continue to bless us that we may be a blessing to others. Keep us strong that we may help the weak. Keep us uplifted, that we may have words of encouragement for others. We pray for those who are lost and cant find their way back. We pray for those who are misjudged and misunderstood. We pray for those who dont know you intimately. We pray for those who dont believe, and we thank You that You are in our hearts and that we do believe and have faith in You. We believe that You change people and You can change all things. We pray for all our family members and their households. We pray for peace, love and joy in their homes, that they are out of debt and all their needs are met. We pray for every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance or situation greater than You Lord. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight. We pray that these words be received into the hearts of every eye that sees them and every mouth that confesses them willingly. This is our prayer ... and we pray in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. AMEN.
