PRAYING FOR PASTORS AND LEADERS DAY 11 Today Tuesday we pray for the Church of Jesus Christ, for our Pastors and leaders in their finances. We pray that the church of Jesus Christ, our pastors and leaders be a community of grace and forgiveness. That our churches are the atmosphere of encouragement and are grateful for what Jesus Christ is doing through them, that enables all church the congregations to be inspired to give genuine hospitality to all who come the doors of all the churches. ROMANS 15:4-9 For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope. May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God. For I tell you that Christ has become a servant of the Jews on behalf of God’s truth, so that the promises made to the patriarchs might be confirmed and, moreover, that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy THESS. 2:16-17 “…in their effort to keep us from speaking to the Gentiles so that they may be saved. In this way they always heap up their sins to the limit. The wrath of God has come upon them at last. But, brothers and sisters, when we were orphaned by being separated from you for a short time (in person, not in thought), out of our intense longing we made every effort to see you. 18 For we wanted to come to you—certainly I, Paul, did, again and again—but Satan blocked our way. For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you? Indeed, you are our glory and joy.
