PRAYING FOR THE NATION- WE MUST REPAIR THE LORDS ALTAR. ELIJAH EDWIN OSERAH, Servant of the Living God. Today the CHURCH gathers for ecumenical prayers in Nairobi. I personally received a text from the NCCK to participate among others. By ECUMENICAL i mean involving people from different faiths or religious convictions for a religious cause. I watched an advert on TV and among the organizers are our most treasured charismatic fathers, some muslim radicalized Sheikhs, traditionalists among others. This is a serious mistake! Its a RELIGIOUS POLITICAL WING TRYING TO OFFER A SOLUTION TO A SPIRITUAL PROBLEM. Oh how i pray for young warriors to arise from obscurity, oh that young lions will rise and roar in the land again, that true revival may shake all the corners of this nation, revival praying is the solution to all the terrorist attacks and political turmoil in this nation. REPAIR THE ALTAR OF THE LORD: In 1 kings 18 Elijah the prophet allowed the culprits and source of Apostasy to the nation to raise their alter and sacrifice first, in Kenya we are sharing the alter and sacrifice with agents of Jezebel who is already drunk with the blood of the prophets! I am imagining the order of events: 1. Worship, choirs and traditional dancers to cover our african tribal altars. 2. Opening prayers from our Charismatic Bishops, followed by the Maasai elders, Kaya elders then the sheikhs and free masons in that order! 3. Political Speeches followed by religious ones and more tribal elders burning incense, breaking calabashes and enchantments among others! Kindly tell me my part in this, will our God answer by fire on Jezebels sacrifice, isnt he a jealous God.
