SECTION 3 Neither the United States nor any State shall infringe these rights without demonstrating that its governmental interest as applied to the person is of the highest order and not otherwise served. SECTION 4 This article shall not be construed to apply to a parental action or decision that would end life. SECTION 5 No treaty may be adopted nor shall any source of international law be employed to supersede, modify, interpret, or apply to the rights guaranteed by this article. ...Sounds like a presidential executive order, doesnt it? The bold type (my emphasis) says it all. Add this to Common Core, and our states are really in trouble if they fall for this. The folks who promote PRA will be on the other side of the law, immune to any government action, just as the rest of the political class will be. As they suggest, you SHOULD write your congressman. But tell them to say no to this. By the way, in a constitutional convention, no matter what it is called, whether Article V convention, Convention of States, etc., the PRA will be part of the proposed amendments. CN
