PREPARATION OF THE SAUCE FOR SPRINGROLL • OIL • ONIONS • SPRING ONIONS • MAGGI • SPICES- thyme, curry, Cameroon pepper etc • CARROT, CABBAGE, SWEETCORN, CUCUMBER(JUST BE CREATIVE) • PEPPER PROCEDURE Prepare In the following sequence; - Place your frying pan on a low set flame - Add little oil on your frying pan (just little so you wont fry your materials) - Then your onions, spring and the spices and your seasoning - Then, carrot, cabbage, sweet corn and all. - Cover your sauce and let it simmer (not fried) for 3-5mins The way you know it is done is when you taste the vegetable for example your carrot and its soft.
