PREREQUISITE BLESSINGS: When a person is attending college, before they can start taking their major, there are prerequisite classes they must take. These classes prepare them for their major. Like many of you, I have some major situations that I need God to handle. Im talking about stuff that is totally out of my control. I have prayed and I asked God to move on my behalf and the only thing left for me to do is to thank him advance and to have faith that hes going to do it. But in the meantime there are some smaller request that I have made to God, in my casual conversations that I have had with him . For instance I asked God for a piano and he did it. I asked God for transportation because I committed to teaching a class off campus last semester knowing I didnt have transportation and the man of God prophesied God was going to GIVE me a car and three weeks later two days before the class was to begin I get a call saying the Lord told this person to give me their car. Not only did they did give me their car, but when it was about to break down, the person told me to trade it in and then they would give me an additional 2500 dollars to put down on another car, and they would continue to pay the additional expenses of the car! Then I asked God for a bed for my back bedroom, not only did he give me a practically brand new expensive box spring and mattress, he blessed me with a poster bed to put the box spring and mattress on! These are what I call prerequisite blessings. Before God blesses us with the major blessing He wants to know that we will appreciate and be a good steward over the smaller blessings. Because the process of experiencing Gods awesomeness regarding the smaller or prerequisite blessings will lead us to our major blessing!
