Sound Health care provision, sustaining good foreign policy and relation with the global community. These are the priority of President Goodluck Jonathan, as a custodian of peaceful, responsible, responsive, efficient and effective governance. His government in agricultural sector have recorded 1.07 million metric tons increase in output following the introduction of dry season irrigation farming in 2013. Food importation reduced by 40% in 4years, and increased local production and processing of rice, cocoa, yam, cassava,maize, nuts, fruits and vegetables, livestock and fishery. In industrial revolution, President Goodluck Jonathan launched the national industrial revolution policy (NIRP), on the entire value chain of sub-sector such as agro processing, (e.g. rice milling, sugar processing, cassava and maize for wheat flour, consumer goods manufacturing, cement, textiles and petrochemicals. $510 billion rebased GDP of Nigeria, compared to $169billion in 2009, made Nigerian economy the biggest economy in Africa.
