PRESS CLUB MUMBAI INTER-MEDIA FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT The five-a-side Press Club Mumbai Inter Media Football tournament will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Goan Sports Club ground, Cross Maidan, Near Churchgate. The football tournament will be restricted to first 16 teams to be registered and will be played on a knockout basis. The contest will consist of the Champions Trophy and the Losers Trophy. Teams of eight are needed to take part, made up of five players and three substitutes. The tournament is open to teams of only journalists employed by specific print publications (dailies or periodicals) or electronic (television of web-based) platforms. For instance, a team of the whole Times Group will not be accepted. Teams must represent Times of India, The Economic Times, Maharashtra Times and so on…. The Rules and regulations for the tournament will be intimated to the teams in advance.
