Forum for Integrated National Security (FINS) is an non political, social organization which is engaged in the study and analysis of national security issues last year Retried defence personnel, bureaucrats, judges, and journalist etc. are the members of this organization (FINS). along with two other sister organizations namely Purv Sainik Seva Parishad, and Seema Jagaran Manch had organized a visit named ‘Sharsad Ko Pranam’ to border areas. 10,000 youth from all over the country had participated in this yatra which was undertaken from 20th they had interacted with four lakh people from the border areas. They had also made a human chain of about one lakh people from 437 villages which was about 95 kilometers. 2. A delegation of members from the above organization will be meeting the Honorable President of India at Rashtrapati Bhavan at 01:00 p.m. on 01 Oct 2013 and give him a memorandum about the issues pertaining to our border areas. 3.
