PRESS RELEASE 12/12/14 THIRTY ONE DEFENDANTS SENTENCED TO IMPRISONMENT IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney announces that the following defendants were sentenced to terms of imprisonment in the Department of Corrections over the last two months in Circuit Court action. 1. The first defendant was Marcus Hibbert of Waynesville. The defendant pled guilty to Robbery in the Second Degree. Judge Hickle sentenced him to twelve years in the Department of Corrections. The defendant was also on probation after being found guilty of Robbery in the Second Degree. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation by committing the new offense, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to an additional fifteen years in the Department of Corrections. The Waynesville and St. Robert Police Departments investigated these cases. 2. The second defendant was Jessie Thomas of St. Peters, formerly of Newburg. The defendant pled guilty to Resisting Arrest. Judge Hickle sentenced him to four years in the Department of Corrections. The defendant was also on probation for two counts of Receiving Stolen Property. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation by committing the new offense, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to an additional seven years in the Department of Corrections on each count. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department and the Dixon Police Department investigated these cases. 3. The third defendant was Matthew Walker of St. Peters. The defendant pled guilty to Assault in the Second Degree and two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Judge Hickle sentenced him to six years on the Assault charge and three years on each count of the Unlawful Possession charges in the Department of Corrections. The St. Robert Police Department and the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated these cases. 4. The fourth defendant was Alyssa Bowers of Waynesville. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation. Judge Warren granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case. 5. The fifth defendant was Nathan Alexander of Springfield. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Assault in the First Degree. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge White granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to ten years in the Department of Corrections. The defendant is eligible for treatment while in the Department of Corrections. The Crocker Police Department investigated this case. 6. The sixth defendant was Theresa Woodruff of St. Robert. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Forgery. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case. 7. The seventh defendant was Jessica Hunter of Waynesville. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Stealing. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections. The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case. 8. The eighth defendant was Daniel Tellman of St. Robert. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Distribute. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections. The defendant is eligible for treatment while in the Department of Corrections. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case. 9. The ninth defendant was Daniel Hulan of Lebanon. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Receiving Stolen Property. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Wiggins granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case. 10. The tenth defendant was Dana Everson of Richland. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections. The defendant is eligible for treatment while in the Department of Corrections. The Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group investigated this case. 11. The eleventh defendant was Megan Henderson of Laquey. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation. Judge Warren granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections. The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case. 12. The twelfth defendant was Erika Parsley of Richland. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case. 13. The thirteenth defendant was Damian Bryan of St. Robert. The defendant pled guilty to two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Judge Hickle sentenced him to seven years in the Department of Corrections on each count. The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case. 14. The fourteenth defendant was Dalton Click of Richland. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections on each count. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department and St. Robert Police Department investigated this case. 15. The fifteenth defendant was Ebony Hampton of Devil’s Elbow. The defendant pled guilty to Failure to Appear. Judge Hickle sentenced her to four years in the Department of Corrections. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case. 16. The sixteenth defendant was Donna Summers of Dixon. The defendant pled guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree. Judge Hickle sentenced her to seven years in the Department of Corrections. The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case. 17. The seventeenth defendant was Jermaine Watkins of St. Robert. The defendant pled guilty to felony Leaving the Scene of an Accident. Judge Warren sentenced him to four years in the Department of Corrections. The St. Robert Police investigated this case. 18. The eighteenth defendant was Joey Johns of Crocker. The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest. Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections on each count. The Crocker Police Department investigated this case. 19. The nineteenth defendant was Melissa Monell-Wright of Crocker. The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance. Judge Long sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections. The Crocker Police Department investigated this case. 20. The twentieth defendant was Curtis Edgerton of Licking. The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance. Judge Warren sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections. The Dixon Police Department investigated this case. 21. The twenty-first defendant was Laiken Wagenschnur of St. Robert. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of three counts of Burglary in the Second Degree. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections on each count. The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case. 22. The twenty-second defendant was Jonathan Simpson of St. Robert. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Stealing. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections on each count. The St. Robert Police Department and Dixon Police Department investigated this case. 23. The twenty-third defendant was Treyvon Swain of St. Robert. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Burglary in the Second Degree. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to six years in the Department of Corrections. The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case. 24. The twenty-fourth defendant was Larry Rector of Dixon. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Warren granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections. The defendant is eligible for treatment while in the Department of Corrections. The Dixon Police Department investigated this case. 25. The twenty-fifth defendant was Dennis Rabold of Dixon. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of felony Driving While Intoxicated After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Warren granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections. The Crocker Police Department investigated this case. 26. The twenty-sixth defendant was Ashton Harrington of Crocker. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case. 27. The twenty-seventh defendant was Joseph Fraley of St. Robert. The defendant pled guilty to Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case. 28. The twenty-eighth defendant was Kali Allen of Success. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Resisting Arrest. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation. Judge Warren granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case. 29. The twenty-ninth defendant was Charles Thomas of St. Robert. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Hickle granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections. The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case. 30. The thirtieth defendant was Brian Rutledge of Rolla. The defendant was on probation after being found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation. Judge Warren granted that motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections. The defendant is eligible for treatment while in the Department of Corrections. The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case. 31. The thirty-first defendant was Harland Frohmander of Rolla. The defendant pled guilty to two counts of Receiving Stolen Property. Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to five year in the Department of Corrections on each count.
