PRESS RELEASE COMMONWEALTH HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MEETING (CHOGM) Gaborone, 07 November 2013, The Minister of Finance and Development Planning Hon. Kenneth Ontefetse Matambo will lead a Botswana delegation to the 2013 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) which will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 15th to 17th November 2013. The theme of the meeting will be “Growth with Equity; Inclusive Development”. The Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting will discuss amongst other issues the Commonwealth Secretariat’s new Strategic Plan, the State of the Economies of Commonwealth countries, International Trade and the post 2015 development agenda. The Minister will be accompanied by other Senior Government Officials. The delegation will leave for CHOGM on 11th November 2013 and return to Gaborone on 19th November 2013.
