The family-owned and operated Spa Hotel is one of the most popular day spas in the Coachella Valley. Bickford will be the head executive responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, creating and enforcing hotel business objectives and goals, project management, handling of emergencies and other major issues involving guests, employees, or the facility, sales and marketing, public relations, labor relations, local government relations, and business partnerships. “Reggie’s leadership skills, his lifelong affiliation with the brand, and the respect he has garnered from co-workers and hotel patrons will make this a welcome and smooth transition,” said Michael Bickford, owner of Desert Hot Springs Spa Hotel. Bickford most recently served as Director of Marketing & Operations for sister-hotel, Miracle Springs Resort & Spa and previously as Financial Analyst for Wells Fargo. In addition, Bickford boasts a State of California Real Estate License. Along with a deep understanding of hotel operations, he has traveled throughout the world. His education qualifications include the Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Southern California (USC).
