PRESS RELEASE FROM POLICE HEADQUARTERS It has come to the attention of the Sierra Leone police that some students are rallying others to join them in what they call a ‘’ peaceful demonstration’’ any unlawful gathering or demonstration is against the public emergency regulations and will be met with the full force of the law. It should be noted that we currently have in force the emergency regulations that forbid public gathering. Therefore at this point in time we should all focus our energies and attention on fighting and eliminating the Ebola virus from our country which continue to wreak havoc on the socio economic lives of Sierra Leoneans Peaceful citizens are advised not to be part of the criminal act of participating in any demonstration whether peaceful or otherwise You have been warned J.
