PRESS RELEASE Just over 100 days after the last General Election on February 21, 2013, the Opposition Barbados Labour Party will host a Public Forum and Discussion on issues seriously affecting Barbadians. The forum which will be convened on Sunday June 9, 2013, at the Christ Church Foundation School, will have as its highlight, a keynote address by Political Leader and Leader of the Opposition Hon. Mia Amor Mottley, Q.C., M.P. The event which starts at 3.00 p.m. will also have on the agenda a presentation on the true state of the Barbadian Economy by Economist Clyde Mascoll and a Panel Discussion that will expose a number of Barbados’ Small Business owners and community activists. There will also be a “Town Hall” styled Question and Answer session, at the conclusion of the Panel Discussion. All Barbadians are invited to attend this very important gathering.
