PRESS RELEASE KITCHEN INNOVATIONS ACQUIRES CHOICE CABINETS Kitchen Innovations, a leading manufacturer and supplier of kitchens to the Australian market, today announced that they are acquiring Choice Cabinets, a boutique cabinet manufacturer (Est. in 1975 and one of the largest most well regarded joinery businesses in the industry). The purchase of Choice Cabinets based in Knoxfield, Melbourne, further increases and strengthens Kitchen Innovations’ position in the kitchen market. “The combination of Choice with our Kitchen Innovations brand will provide our clients with the total solution, whether that is a boutique kitchen or supplying volume kitchens to major builders,” said Enzo Crocitti, CEO of Kitchen Innovations. “The acquisition is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase our market share,” added Enzo. “The integration will take place over the next month.
