PRESS RELEASE October 2014 Croydon Garage Celebrates National Award Silverwing Garage in Croydon is celebrating this month after scooping the award for ‘Going the Extra Mile’ at the annual Masterserve Network Awards, run by the UK’s leading fleet management company, ARI. Established in 1991, the garage, which is based on the Silverwing Industrial estate, provides car servicing and motor repairs to both domestic and commercial customers in the Croydon area. It is the second consecutive accolade to be awarded to the business, which previously received the award for Apprentice of the Year at the 2013 Masterserve Network event. Launched in 2010, the initiative recognises the performance of garages in ARI’s UK-wide Masterserve Network over the previous 12 months, with a particular focus on customer service, quality, reliability and professionalism. Incorporating six categories, the scheme champions the efforts of Masterserve members that strive to go the extra mile, invest in apprenticeship schemes and provide great levels of customer satisfaction as well as consistently high quality servicing. Brian Finch, owner of Silverwing Garage, said: “We constantly strive to go above and beyond our customers’ expectations when delivering our repairs and services, ensuring standards are kept very high. This award cements the whole team’s efforts over the past twelve months.” The ARI Masterserve Network comprises more than 500 independent garages that are accredited and continuously monitored by the business to guarantee an optimum service for all fleet consumers, whatever their location.
