PRESS RELEASE The hunger strike initiated by PMA and allied doctors organizations continued on 26th Day at their camp at SANDEMAN PROV: TEACHING HOSPITAL, Quetta. Prof. Khawaja Usman (Pathology) Prof. Doulat khan Tareen (Paeds Surgery) Prof Muhammad Saleem Breach (Neuromedicine) Prof. Ashraf Achakzai (Radiology) Dr Naseeb u Allah Shah (Medicine) Dr Allauddin Kakar (Surgery) Dr Fazal Dad Kakar (Faciomaxillary Surgery) Dr Arbab Jamil (ENT) Dr Mohiuddin Khan Kakar (Paeds Surgery) Dr Jabar Nasar (Anaesthesia) Dr Ahmed Shah Achakzai (Surgery) have observed hunger strike. Mr Abdul Mateen Akhundzada leading delegation of Jamaat e Islami visited the camp and showed solidarity with doctors. Earlier on a general body meeting of PMA and allied doctors organizations was held in PGMI under the chairmanship of PMA president Dr Sultan Tareen To deliberate on and suggest formal shape to the points raised in GB meeting the Core committee meeting has been summoned on 30th October 2013 in PGMI Conference Hall at 10:00AM. All worthy members of the Core Committee are informed to make it convenient to attend the meeting.
