PRESS RELEASE The organizations, Citizens Committee to Protect Haitians and Baz Ditmas Brooklyn Denounce the Interference of the Obama Administration and the Clintons in the Internal Politics of Haiti Brooklyn, NY, December 4th 2014 – Citizens Committee to Protect Haitians (CICOPHA) and Baz Ditmas Brooklyn denounce the interference of the Obama administration, Bill and Hillary Clinton in the internal politics of Haiti. On December 2nd 2014, U.S. Ambassador to Haiti, Pamela White convened and met with opposition leaders. The primary objective was to find a compromise with President Michel Martelly and Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe. It’s the same president and prime minister with a variety of charges and accusations hanging over their heads such as: Corruption, protection of drug kingpins; protection of kidnappers, caused the death of a judge who ruled against President Martelly’s wife; theft of money slated for a variety of social programs, theft of money transfers from the Diaspora; theft of money on international phone calls, helped more than 300 prisoners escape from prison, associating with criminals; human rights violation and high treason. The question that we’re asking President Obama is: Would he want to compromise with such a mafia in the United States? Why is he asking opposition leaders to compromise with this Haitian mafia government? In the past, a picture of U.S. Ambassador to Haiti Pamela White was posted on Facebook walking hand in waist with Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe at a carnival. We’re demanding the Obama administration to stop violating international conventions/norms and stop interfering in the internal politics of Haiti immediately. We demand the immediate departure of all foreign soldiers including U.S. and U. N. occupation troops on the land of Emperor Jean Jacques Dessalines! We’re asking the Republican controlled Chambers of Congress and Senate to launch an investigation onto the role of the Obama administration, Bill and Hillary Clinton in the internal politics of Haiti. We demand the immediate liberation of all 43 political prisoners and the arrest of President Michel Martelly and Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe. Our organization reserves the right to file lawsuits in Federal Court in the U.S. as well as World Court against officials in this regime and their foreign supporters who ever and where ever they may be. We will declare null and void any contract signed with this fascist regime to exploit Haiti’s rich, natural and unexplored resources such as: Gold, petroleum; iridium and uranium; which make Haiti one of the richest countries in the world. The Haitian State will repossess all lands bought by foreigners under this mafia regime which is against the Haitian constitution. To end, we have often said that Haiti is extremely slippery ground like quicksand; and as such one must walk very carefully on such ground without being sucked in.
