PRESS RELEASE: Today, Tuesday August 12th, Brunswick Police Officers responded to the 2200 block of Pinewood Drive at 10:13 am in reference to an unresponsive three month old child. The black male child was at in a crib at a daycare on Pinewood Drive. Daycare workers found the child unresponsive and called 911. Officers arrived on scene and found employees doing CPR on the child, and the Officer took over CPR upon his arrival. The child was transported to South East Georgia Health Center, Brunswick Campus, where he was pronounced dead at 10:41 AM. The body will be transported the Georgia Bureau of Investigations crime lab in Savannah for an autopsy. The cause of death is unknown at this time. The child was a Brunswick resident
