PRICE LIST FOR ESS: There are various flexible packages available to suit your needs. If you are unable to see a package to suit your requirements please contact me to discuss your needs further. Standard Charge: £20.00 per hour. Minimum charge is 1 hour with 15 minute increments thereafter. Prepaid packages available as follows: Package A: 5 Hours £95.00 Package B: 10 Hours £180.00 Package C: 15 Hours £255.00 Package D: 20 Hours £300.00 Prices quoted do not include extra resources required. Mailshots / Mail Merge Standard Charge applies, per hour/increment with the following additional charges: • Putting into each envelope = 20p per letter • Labels = Cost of box of labels plus £1.50 per sheet for printing • Time taken to take to nearest post office – set price of £2.50 • Postage = charged at cost Mail-Merge with Inserts – 1A4 included in price, further documents/leaflets 10p per insert Audio Typing • Standard Charge applies, per hour/increment. PLEASE NOTE: Recording required should be clear and concise with technical terminology, names and addresses spelt out after word spoken. Any inappropriate use of tape/inappropriate noises – tape will be sent back not typed and no future tapes will be accepted. Printing Standard Charge applies, per hour/increment with the following additional charge: • Black & White - 30p per A4 plain white paper (120g/m2) • Colour - 40p per A4 plain white paper (120g/m2) • Please add 10p per sheet if you wish printing to be on Conqueror Paper PowerPoint Presentations Standard Charge applies, per hour/increment with the following additional charge: • £1.00 per slide for a printed colour copy • £1.50* for copying onto CD Rom (*free if CD Rom is provided by client) Administration • Receiving telephone calls – 25p per minute or part of • Making telephone calls – 25p per minute or part of plus cost of call • Stationery, postage or additional/individual materials required will be charged at cost (in the event of reams or boxes – full reimbursement is required, regardless of number of pages/boxes used – the remainder will be given back to the client) Travel Costs • 40p per mile – AA Route Finder used to ascertain mileage in all cases.
