PRIORITIES: What are the most prioritized things in your life,the things you say they are of value in your life? I ask myself this question everyday of my life.When i was growing up, i wanted to be a bus driver,the reason being, i grew up in small township called Makokoba and the bus terminus was a stone throw from my house. My mother was a vendor and she had a stand there, she was selling all kinds of grainary and sometimes i would go there to help her with the setting up and dismantling,so i got used to buses,and my dream was to became a bus driver,it inspired me a lot because if the bus was in good condition and the driver good,u will find that people would choose some buses over some depending on speed and the person driving. The reason for my inspiration i realised that it was for fame, there when the rank marshals meet all they do is to talk and argue about who is the fastest driver and me being exposed to such kind of invironment i thought it was the only chance i had to increase my fame,after all i the most famous and fatsest scania boy in the whole of renkini,i was aiming higher, ALVOLD the BUS DRIVER. Bus driving? I realize now that its not a joke,its not about the bus only but people wanting to be taken somewhere and once they enter into your bus they forget the trials that await in the road ahead but they trust that you will take them to their destination,the decisions you make as a commutor driver or operator do not concern you only but peoplels lives,souls are also affected by the decions you make. You are a leader,in your train there people looking up to you,your absence affects them presesence affects them,if you decide to act recklessly it affects them, whereever you are there are people looking up to you,they want ou to take them to their final destination where they will discover Who they are,their true identity: Whose they are and What they are,AND YOU GOING TO TAKE THEM THERE AND YOU CAN,BE A GOOD LEADER
