PROBLEM OF BOTANY Maximum number of students’ face problems in botany or plant kingdom.Now there’s no doubt that the plant kingdom is a vast universe dealing with all the varities of nature.It’s too difficult to remember everything related to botany due to time shortage.Hardly it makes sense too because there are other things to remember in biology. But I suggest a systemic approach which will help you to overcome the problems faced while studying botany. First things first.Get your basics right. Begin with the classification.how can u classify plant kingdom?Then go for individual characterestics.like characterestics of algae?like characterestics of fungae?fr this u may try to compare algae and fungi.so it will be clear what are the similarities and difference.Students’ fail to do this step properly but this is the most important step.because it is the basics.if u r not clear with basics u will struggle later on. Once u r clear with individual characerestics concentrate on the individual specimen like spirogyra,yeast,riccia,pogonatum and so on.now before starting spirogyra be sure u r clear with the basics of algae.u will find spirogyra is not causing u many problems.now after u r clear with spirogyra note down specific characteristic of spirogyra. Do the same with each specimen.
