PROCESSING CYCLE ADVANCEMENT DISCREPANCIES Candidate information used to calculate individual Final Multiple Scores is sometimes not accurate. The process to correct those discrepancies starts with your command Education Services Officer. To correct a discrepancy, your ESO has to send all of the necessary paperwork to NAC with an explanation of the record correction needed. NAC normally takes five to seven business days to correct the error and post an accurate profile sheet. (N32)
